ZONING HEARING a. Ray Shaffer is requesting variance for property located at 817 Big Oak Road in order to permit replacement of current walkways, stairs, landing and to extend walkway to second existing garage resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface. b. Phyllis Patterson is requesting variance for property located at 6 Del Rio Drive in order to permit deck enclosure resulting in encroachment into rear yard setback.
