ZONING HEARING a. Darin W. Martin is requesting a variance for property located at 1202 Dickinson Drive in order to permit construction of paver patio resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface b. James Osterstock is requesting a variance for property located at 2224 Stackhouse Drive in order to permit construction of garage and expanding of driveway resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface and encroachment into side yard setback. c.
