a. Consider Change Order #2 for the Edgewood Road Safety Improvements Project as a credit to the Township in the amount of (5,267.14). b. Consider Pay Application #1 for the Edgewood Road Safety Improvements Project in the amount of $548,726.90. c. Consider Escrow Release #4 for the Regency South – Phase 1 in the amount of $43,841.00. d. Consider Escrow Release #4 for the Regency South – Phase 3 in the amount of $4,500.00. e. Consider Escrow Release #5 for the Regency South – Phases 4 & 5 in the amount of $2,700.00. f. Consider Escrow Release #6 for the Regency North – Phase 1 in the amount of $44,667.25. g. Memorial Park Project – Tennis courts, parking area and trails have been paved and fencing will be installed in the next few weeks. c. Multi-Use Trail- PennDOT anticipates letting for bid this fall. d. Woodside Bike Path – Survey field work completed, project design underway. e. Big Oak/Makefield Road Signal Upgrade –Project submitted to PennDOT on July 16, 2021. f. Route 332/Mirror Lake Signal Interconnection – Conduit and wiring have been installed, waiting on installation of controller components.
