COMCAST FRANCHISE PRESENTATION & CONSIDERATION TO ADVERTISE THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT ORDINANCE – Mike Roberts, Cohen Law Group
a. PROJECT UPDATES b. Sandy Run Road – The arm and light fixture on Mill Rd. has been installed. Finalizing final plans for new light on the Schuyler Rd. roundabout. c. Memorial Park Project – Tennis courts, parking area and trails have been paved, fencing has been installed and courts are now being painted. d. Multi-Use Trail- PennDOT anticipates letting for bid this fall. e. Woodside Bike Path – Design Presentation October 20, 2021. Design work is now underway. f. Big Oak/Makefield Road Signal Upgrade –Project submitted to PennDOT on July 16, 2021. Update submittal to PennDOT anticipated by November 30, 2021. g. Route 332/Mirror Lake Signal Interconnection – Conduit and wiring have been installed. Installation of controller components are waiting on backordered parts.
