ENGINEER’S REPORT a. Consider Resolution to request a Statewide Local Share Assessment Grant for the Memorial Park – Phase 3 Project and to designate Kurt Ferguson as the official to execute all documents and agreements for the Grant Application. b. Consider Pay Application #1 (Final) for the Community Entrance Improvements Project to Liberty Door Systems in the amount of $29,340.00. c. Consider award of the 2022 Pool Painting Project base bid in the amount of $53,225.00 and the bid alternate in the amount of $5,300.00 to RJR Engineering, Inc. d. Consider award of the 2022 Community Park Tennis Court Repairs base bid in the amount of $64,877.20 and the bid alternate to repair the basketball courts in the amount of $19,963.99 to Keystone Sports Construction.
PROJECT UPDATES a. Sandy Run Road – Traffic Engineer to make additional recommendations at the March 2, 2022 Board of Supervisors meeting. b. Memorial Park Project – Bench is installed, working with contractor to address ponding issues. c. Multi-Use Trail- PennDOT anticipates letting for bid in early 2022. d. Woodside Bike Path – Submitted for DEP permit on February 25, 2022. e. Big Oak/Makefield Road Signal Upgrade – PennDOT has issued the permit for the upgrade to the traffic signal and the construction plan is underway. f. Route 332/Mirror Lake Signal Interconnection – Project work complete, waiting on final inspection from PennDOT to release retainage. g. 2022 Road Program – Road program bids and loan ordinance to be considered on March 16, 2022.
ZONING HEARING BOARD a. APPEAL # 22-1953 Scott Glennie for the property located at 5 Shelley Lane Yardley PA 19067, tax parcel # 20-043-072. Applicant is requesting a Variance from Township Zoning Ordinance 200-23B in order to construct a 198 square-foot rear yard addition which would increase the impervious surface from the existing 20.81% to 22% where 18% is the allowable amount.
