ENGINEER’S REPORT a. Consider Change Order #1 for the 2022 Road Program to James D Morrissey, Inc. in the amount of $2,258.20 b. Consider Pay Application #2 for the 2022 Road Program to James D Morrissey, Inc. in the amount of $200,640.62 c. Consider Escrow Release #1 for the Prickett Preserve Development to ELU DeLuca Yardley, LLC in the amount of $754,695.00.
PROJECT UPDATES a. Sandy Run Road – Quote for additional safety improvements recommended by our Traffic Engineer is on this agenda. b. Memorial Park Project – DCNR conducted final inspection. c. Multi-Use Trail – Work is in progress, anticipated to be completed by the end of the year. d. Woodside Bike Path – NPDES and E&S permits were issued. Bid opening scheduled for September 14, 2022. e. Big Oak/Makefield Road Signal Upgrade – PennDOT has issued the permit for the upgrade to the traffic signal and the construction plan is underway. See Chief’s Report. f. 2022 Road Program – Construction has begun on Tanglewood & Bluestone Drive developments; ADA ramps and inlet repairs have started. Paving work has started. g. Regency at Yardley Pedestrian Improvements – Michael Baker has started design work.
