a. Consider Pay Application #2 for the Schuyler Drive Tennis Courts Project to Keystone Sports Construction in the amount of $88,463.23. b. Consider Change Order #5 for the 2022 Road Program project to James D Morrissey in the amount of $1,940.00.
a. Memorial Park Project – DCNR conducted final inspection. Punchlist items being completed. b. Multi-Use Trail – Work on ADA ramps and traffic signals started, anticipated to be completed by the end of the year. c. Woodside Bike Path – Contracts signed, and pre-construction meeting was held November 2 nd . d. 2022 Road Program – Paving and ADA ramps are estimated to be completed, weather permitting by this week.
a. The acceptance of the Natural Lands proposal not to exceed $5,240 for an assessment of the Snipes Tract per contract. Natural Lands proposal received 11/15/2022. b. Approval to proceed with the Pathway to Zero Waste Plan as proposed Updated Pathway to zero waste with PR recommendations. • This plan is recommended to the BOS by both the Parks and Recreation Board and the Environmental Advisory Board.
